Model «Fixed price» is ideal for short-term projects with a detailed description of the requirements. The Customer pays a pre-agreed fixed price for the whole project.

Time and materials
Model «Time and materials» is optimal, if the border, the specification and budget of the project is difficult to determine at the first stage of the project. Requirements of long-term projects often change at the implementation stage, which may increase or decrease the cost of the project.

The customer pays for the hourly work of specialists, which makes the model «Time and materials» the most flexible among of all three business models. The time spent on the development, to be paid at the end of each month based on monthly report and agreed-upon hourly rate for each project participant. An alternative way - pay installments after the project phases: alpha, beta, release. Model «Time and materials» reduces the risks of budget increases and project delays.

Dedicated Development Center is used for long-term cooperation with a significant amount of work. This model is popular with companies who are looking for long-term benefits of outsourcing dedicated team.

To achieve the objectives of the Customer, we find and form a team of highly qualified specialists, which satisfies the requirements of the project and will carry out the planned volume of work. While working on complex project it is not recommended to change the developer. Therefore, the contract prescribes that staff time is reserved for customer projects. Developers can participate in the project as a full or part-time. The budget of the project depends on the technology and the required level of expertise.
